A new payment system is implemented on our site and we are free to accept payments in euro or usd. We offer the reliable and secure payment mechanism that you can use with ease. We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Master Card) through the online payment service called eCommerce and there is no fee added to cover bank charges added on to your bill and the system allows to accept payments from debit and credit cards. Should you wish to make your payment through our online system please send the enquiry to citycenter@senator-apartments.com and you will get the link for the invoice.

We fully guarantee only reservations made according to the procedure described above. Please be sure you provide us with accurate credit card data. If the data you provide appears invalid or incomplete, we can’t guarantee your reservation and are not responsible for your accommodation.
Apartment availability may change at any time. Though we will try to provide you with an availability report upon receiving your request, we cannot guarantee availability throughout the reservation process.
If you do not reserve an apartment in one of the ways stated above, we reserve the right to lease the apartment in question to another client and hold no responsibility for your accommodation.
If you decided not to guarantee your reservation, please contact us before you arrive to check your apartment’s availability.
We do our best to take into account our clients’ preferences regarding apartment types, but reserve the right to change the type of apartment you receive in case of an emergency or technical problems.
CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT
According to Senator Apartments policy, guests sign an Apartment Lease Agreement upon check-in.
Upon check-in guests pay the amount of the total cost of their stay in cash or by credit card. Also wire transfer or our on-line payment system can be used if you are planning to make the payment before arrival.
Upon check-in the security deposit shall be made. You can make the deposit in cash or by your credit card (the amount is to be blocked on your credit card). If the deposit is paid before arrival we can offer you to use wire transfer or our on-line payment system. Deposit amounts are calculated as follows:

Additional services are charged and paid for separately based on the bills issued. Damage compensation is based on Senator Apartments’ property price list.
