HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT

2. Receive our confirmation of your reservation
3. Make your reservation guaranteed

We offer several methods to make your reservation guaranteed:

• Cash
• Wire Transfer
• Credit Card: Please fill in the payment agreement , sign it and fax it to +38044 200-77-33 or e-mail scanned copy of the agreement with your signature to citycenter@senator-apartments.com . We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card, and American Express.
• A new payment system is implemented on our site and we are free to accept payments in euro or usd. We offer the reliable and secure payment mechanism that you can use with ease. We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Master Card) through the online payment service called eCommerce and there is no fee added to cover bank charges added on to your bill and the system allows to accept payments from debit and credit cards. Should you wish to make your payment through our online system please send the enquiry to citycenter@senator-apartments.com and you will get the link for the invoice.

The main features of payment method:

• Payment system is arranged by Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC), the leader in Ukrainian processing and outsourcing since 1997. UPC processes card transactions, provides ATM support and develops payment solutions for banks
• UPC's solution for eCommerce is based on 3D-Secure technology standard. It helps to increase Internet transactions security and to minimize the possibility of retailers' financial loss.
• UPC's end-to-end solutions for card business were developed with the experience and understanding of customers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe while applying standards and projects of the international payment systems and banks. UPC’s solutions are fast and convenient and serve to provide the highest level of service to customers. UPC undertakes to keep their systems up-to-date and for the challenges of market.

Please take into account that:

• We fully guarantee only reservations made according to the procedure described above. Please be sure you provide us with accurate credit card data. If the data you provide appears invalid or incomplete, we can’t guarantee your reservation and are not responsible for your accommodation.
• Apartment availability may change at any time. Though we will try to provide you with an availability report upon receiving your request, we cannot guarantee availability throughout the reservation process.
• If you do not reserve an apartment in one of the ways stated above, we reserve the right to lease the apartment in question to another client and hold no responsibility for your accommodation.
• If you decided not to guarantee your reservation, please contact us before you arrive to check your apartment’s availability.
• We do our best to take into account our clients’ preferences regarding apartment types, but reserve the right to change the type of apartment you receive in case of an emergency or technical problems.

CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT

1. According to Senator Apartments policy, guests sign an Apartment Lease Agreement upon check-in.
2. Upon check-in guests pay the amount of the total cost of their stay in cash or by credit card. Also wire transfer or our on-line payment system can be used if you are planning to make the payment before arrival.
3. Upon check-in the security deposit shall be made. You can make the deposit in cash or by your credit card (the amount is to be blocked on your credit card). If the deposit is paid before arrival we can offer you to use wire transfer or our on-line payment system. Deposit amounts are calculated as follows:

   Length of Stay	Advance Payment Amount
   1-6 nights	1 night's rate
   7-30 nights	3 night's rate
   1 month and more	based on lease agreement conditions

4. Additional services are charged and paid for separately based on the bills issued. Damage compensation is based on Senator Apartments’ property price list.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Check-in: 14:00
• Check-out: 12:00
• Late check-ins receive no discount on rates
• Late check-outs before 18:00 are charged 50% of the rate for 1 night
• Late check-outs after 18:00 are charged 100% of the rate for one night

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date are free of charge. In case of no shows and late cancellations one night fee applies.
